Founder and Chief Energizing Officer, is a veteran
marketing professional with extensive experience in the
restaurant, specialty retail, and consumer packaged goods industry. He has
held brand management positions with Pizza Hut, Dial,
and a senior leadership position with Papa Gino’s.
He also owned and operated an award-winning restaurant
in the Boston area.
Sue Hines : Strategy

Vice President of Research and Brand Strategy, has been in marketing research for over 20 years.
She started her career in business intelligence and is now a specialist in the advertising and
brand research field. Sue has spent her strategic research career leading brand development research
for companies such as Millward Brown, Research International, and most recently Ipsos ASI. She has
a BA in Communications and Psychology from the University of South Africa.
Lisa Neergaard : Research

Research Assistant, has a varied background in the field of Communications. Her experiences
have included non-profit event-coordination, marketing, and
fundraising. Lisa received a BA in American Studies and
Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. While at Brand IQ she has been able to grow in her understanding of research methods and Marketing Research, becoming a valuable part of our research team.
Chris Chen : Research

Research Associate, comes from a background in social research. Chris has had experience working in marketing, consumer interactions, and speciaty retail. In addition, he previously owned an aftermarket automotive product company. He has applied his understanding of motivation and behavior, along with his adeptness in multivariate analysis tools and techniques to marketing research, bringing fresh insights to the numbers. Chris received his BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick and is finishing his MA in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles.
Julia Klinestiver : Operations/Management

Operations Manager, brings her 9 years of organizational experience to bear in seamlessly executing all the moving parts of small and large scale studies - while keeping everyone on budget and schedule. In managing the operations of qualitative and quantitative studies, Julia anticipates and resolves issues promptly and maintains a constant flow of communication between key project stakeholders. Her keen sense of awareness keeps her on top of the issues that are most likely to occur in a project and her planning ensures a smooth flow. Julia also helps to manage day to day operations.
