Founder and Chief Energizing Officer, is a veteran
marketing professional with extensive experience in the
restaurant, specialty retail, and consumer packaged goods industry. He has
held brand management positions with Pizza Hut, Dial,
and a senior leadership position with Papa Gino’s.
He also owned and operated an award-winning restaurant
in the Boston area.
Sue Hines : Strategy

Vice President of Research and Brand Strategy, has been in marketing research for over 20 years.
She started her career in business intelligence and is now a specialist in the advertising and
brand research field. Sue has spent her strategic research career leading brand development research
for companies such as Millward Brown, Research International, and most recently Ipsos ASI. She has
a BA in Communications and Psychology from the University of South Africa.

Research Manager, knew he wanted a career in marketing research right after college. Prior to joining Brand IQ, he worked as a Research Manager at Bovitz Research Group, where he developed a solid knowledge base of various research methodologies in a diverse range of industries. At Brand IQ, he continues to build his skill set in the marketing research industry in order to provide clinets with valuable consumer insights to help them make better business decisions. Andy earned his BA in Communication and minored in Mathematics at University of California, Santa Barbara.
Chris Chen : Research

Research Analyst, comes from a background in social research. Chris has had experience working in marketing, consumer interactions, and speciaty retail. In addition, he previously owned an aftermarket automotive product company. He has applied his understanding of motivation and behavior, along with his adeptness in multivariate analysis tools and techniques to marketing research, bringing fresh insights to the numbers. Chris received his BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick and is finishing his MA in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles.
Imelda Villalobos : Research

Research Manager, has experience in a variety of quantitative research projects ranging from apparel to food managing projects involving sensory testing to brand health studies. Imelda is a key interface on all Latino research projects for our clients. Imelda brings a wealth of multifaceted talents to the marketing research arena. Her exposure over the years to various industries such as construction, apparel, healthcare, and manufacturing have provided a well rounded perspective. Imelda received a BA in both Finance and Marketing and a minor in Spanish from New Mexico State University. She also received an AAS degree in Apparel Manufacturing Management at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles.
