The objective of MenuIQ™ is to employ the proprietary TURF analysis to optimize the menu. MenuIQ's™ TURF analysis stands for Total Unduplicated Reach and Frequency and reveals way to reduce menu complexity, maintain or increase sales, and reduce COGs.

MenuIQ is capable of analyzing thousands of customers at multiple restaurant locations through interviews, gaining insight into the appeal of each current menu item and potential menu items.

MenuIQ then reveals each menu item's customer "reach" and how many additional or incremental customers it appeals to. Items that do not offer additional appeal, value, or variety or bring new guests become candidates for elimination.

The application of this analysis allows companies to reduce the number of items from their menu while maintaining menu variety perception.
