Concept Development is a two-stage
process. First the team creates concepts through rapid
prototyping and iterative feedback with consumers. Then
these consumer-worthy concepts are tested qualitatively
in exploratory concept research at the end of which
there are about a dozen concepts ready for early stage
evaluation.
Concept Prioritization identifies the
high-potential concepts to move forward into the product
development stages by screening and ranking the concepts
